The Beatles. I don’t hate them or anything, but I think most of their songs are pretty stupid. Not really very good lyrics, but some catchy tunes. I guess abhor is too strong a word, but I don’t understand why they get all that adulation. IMO, pretty average band. ---

I can’t get into Rush, the Cure, Led Zeppelin, Janis Joplin, Neil Young, or Pink Floyd very much. For everyone but Pink Floyd, it’s because of their voice. For Pink Floyd…I’m not really sure. There’s just something in there that turns me off. Loved the Wall, though, esp. Comfortably Numb. Dark Side of the Moon, all the rest, good stuff musically, just hard for me to stomach. I love Bob Dylan songs as long as Bob Dylan does NOT sing them. ---

Thank God, I finally found other people who don’t like the Beatles. I think they’re so overrated. Yesterday has to be one of the sappiest songs I’ve ever heard!! There, I said it. I’ve been meaning to say that for years but everyone I say it to seems to be, like, the Beatles biggest fan or something. I usually end up getting chased down the street by them while they’re screaming “The Beatles preached Peace and Love ASSHOLE!!!” Also I think Bob Dylan is one of the best lyricists who ever lived but the sound of his voice makes me want to break things. The Rolling Stones are beyond pointless and have been for years. Pink Floyd were truly great but have been going downhill for a while. Metallica have been third rate for quite some time. I’m going into the cellar now. I can hear some Beatles fans throwing sharp things at my house and I have to hide. Bye ---

KISS. i really don’t know what all the hype is aboot over them? They’re all in their 50’s and the only song of theirs the general public can remember is “Rock and Roll All Night.” So how did makeup alone get them to be so well known? …Oh, yeah, and the Rolling StonesGAH! Don’t hurt me! ---
