Why would you say that’s more likely? Cecil’s paragraph is naturally written, whereas the other one strains to say “obviously” without directly using the same word.

Seeing as how Cecil wrote his in 1997, and this Bangalore article is from January of this year…\
Watch, now this “newspaper” is gonna sue to get the Pulitzer for this article.
