Nice to see that on one occasion, you found the shift key. The DU makes no bones about it, they’re supporting Hillary and they don’t have an obligation to give space to contrarians. There are right wing sites that are similarly restrictive, I for one was blocked from the Facebook page IStillHateObama. ---

From wikipedia: “Democratic Underground, also known as DU, is an online community for U.S. Democrats. Its membership is restricted by policy to those who are supportive of the Democratic Party and Democratic candidates for political office.” Wikipedia then links to their Terms of Service. Props to DU for keeping their policies explicit. Brickbats to the argument in the OP: I see no virtue in signing up at a website and violating its terms of service. For reference, here is Red State’s TOS. I only skimmed it, but ISTM that their habit of banning people they don’t agree with isn’t reflected in the TOS.
