Despite any attempts to claim it’s “okay” because of who wrote what column or saying “It’s just a joke, get over it”, etc. the fact remains that a number of people will take offense and view the GOP poorly for it. Considering that nearly all of the election post-mortums included saying that the GOP needs to reach out to minorities (especially blacks and hispanics), saying “Get over it” isn’t especially sound political tactics. The guy’s an idiot. I can only hope that the GOP is smart enough to realize that he’s an idiot an make sure he doesn’t get the job as party chair. I enjoy a good GOP meltdown as much as anyone but I’d hate to think that 40-odd percent of our government was totally retarded. ---

Good Golly, Miss Molly, that sure sucked a nut, listening to the You Tube version. That was just pitiful…what are those guys, including Saltsman, like 12 years old? I guess the original impetus was the “Barack lived in DC, cuz that’s Black, like Puff in De Sea, gettit?” and, well, Har Har, and, it just goes downhill from there. What the hell is the “Buffet” reference? Al’s weight? Sharpton has lost a lot of weight of late, so, guess not so much funny as it usta be. I’d love to see Limbaugh and Co, in blackface, singing this, in the spirit it’s meant. Har Har ! ---
