:smack: [FONT=Comic Sans MS][COLOR=Purple][/SIZE] I cant believe the people that made the cartoon the Flintstones, can’t even remember when Fred and Barney bought a hamburger joint, where they cooked and sold brontosaurus burgers, lol, and Wilma and Betty were the waitresses. They were singing waitresses at that 😛 . “Here we come on the run, with a burger on a bun, and some fries fries fries fries fries”. Does anyone else remember that episode? It was one of the ones I liked the most. 😃 Just wondered if there were any others out there that did… The folks at the studio that produced the show apparently didnt!?! 😕 :wally BTW, Cecil…I am a huge fan, and have all your books…Love your work, and your attitude re: ignorance is hilarious, love ya lots… Shannon aka Torisgirl11 ---

As I recall, it’s Here we come, on the run With a burger on a bun And a cold milkshake on the side Your taste we will tickle With a cold dill pickle And all of our potatoes come in fries, fries, fries Our burgers can’t be beat 'Cause we fry our own meat …uhh… ummm… ok, that’s all I remember. 😃 ---

I haven’t seen that episode since its original network broadcast in 1960, but the plot was somewhat more complicated than that. Wilma and Betty were not the waitresses, though they appeared as the waitresses late in the episode. (_i.e.,_ the main point of the episode was that Wilma and Betty were jealous of the pretty young things…)
