I sang back-up for him (along with 24 other chorus members) for a benefit in April. Although I was on the same stage with him, I didn’t get to meet him personally. Seems like a very nice guy, nonetheless. Hope he heals soon.

**O-Man** –how on EARTH did you get such a special opportunity? Geez…I would’ve DIED to be in your shoes.😃 From all accounts,he is a very sweet guy and he’s working with his old boss Bette Midler (yes…he started out as her piano man) on an album.

The latest news is that Barry will not need any surgery.

And sorry to disappoint all the fans of cheap irony, but Cass Elliott did **not** die choking on a ham sandwich. She died from heart failure.

Re Miss Cohen- Mama’s real name-has heart attack been confirmed? I’ve heard both versions. What’s w/ the blue hairs & Barry? Isn’t he very effeminate & dare I say it, the G word? Then again, they loved Liberace. Isn’t Barry’s big $$ maker the McDonald’s theme?
