Many years ago I worked in in the main (read: downtown) branch of the public library. Homeless people would make complete messes of the bathrooms. They’d sleep in the stalls. Shit and piss everywhere. Take off their clothes and bathe in the sink. They ended up taking the doors off the stalls as a deterrent to keep them from camping out in the bathrooms.

I’ve always wanted to make up a bunch of little figurines of a cute dog with a name tag around his neck saying “Hands” and leave one under each sign like that.
