Batman is well-nigh _insanely_ paranoid, and natually COUNTED on the eventual existance of a “Down with Batman threads” thread, and had a well-formed and practivally foolproof plan to defeat it long before **moejuck** ever thought to post one. ---

I have no problem with vs. threads. They are quite amusing and pass the time. Batman (relying of Oracle) only has to write a computer virus that destroys all computers and thus the internet in which this thread exists. It’s quite simple really. But would he do that? Of course not, it would create major chaos throughout the world and too much work for the Batman. But the thread in question could cause Batman to doubt himself and his invulnerbility. Thus a less than confident Batman versus [insert random opponent] might slip up and die. And it would be the result of that thread. Spooky. BTW, it would not ‘x-suck!’ ---

No, because then that would be Batman vs. Cecil Adams and Batman wouldn’t stand a chance. Batman, the world’s greatest detective vs. Cecil Adams, the smartest man alive. Maybe in a fisticuffs match Batman would prevail, but in the areas of technology (or the brain) Cecil is triumphant. Batman’s only chance is to eliminate everything everywhere. Cecil does not extend his influence online beyond the SDMB that I know of. And with everything else shut down, the SDMB would be shut down as well. ---

Could Batman defeat the SDMB hamsters? If so, would he need a 1920’s style Death-Ray to do it? (Or would he just whip the Bat-Ultimate Nullifier out of his utility belt?) ---

Alright, you had to go and piss me off didn’t you. Let me just say that Batman in all his overly tight clothing, wieghed down with too many "bat-gadgets, would stand no chance against my thread. You wanna talk about being prepared? I started doing “research” on Batman when I was 6 years old. Do you think he has been preparing for me for the last 21 years? I don’t think so. Let me just add that if he attempted to mess with any thread on the SDMB, the other threads would stick up for mine. Do you think he wants a piece of Sequential Thread Titles of the Carribean? or 1920’s Style Death Rays? Again, I don’t think so. Tangle with the SDMB, and you are tangling with Cecil Adams. I pity the fool who dares undertake such an action. My thread now laughs out loud at the prospect of facing Batman. HA, HA, HA! ---

**moejuck’s** thread was pretty harsh… it might at least make Batman snivel a little bit.
