Granted, I was drinking when I was watching it last night, but I can say that I liked it more than I liked TOTAL RECALL, or WING COMMANDER. Worst movie of the year? Hardly. Give me this flick over the steaming pile of donkey dung that is RUNAWAY BRIDE any day. ---

Howyadoin, I’m with you, **kd99** … Mars Attacks was hysterical! Dungeons & Dragons, on the other hand, may have been the worst movie _ever_. Battlefield Earth was frightening in that it was intended to be a commercial venture and indoctrination tool for those Sceinologits bastards (mispelling intentional, if anyone has a Carnivore-type rig running, they’re my prime suspects) I was happy beyond belief when the sucker cratered. -Rav P.S. I didn’t pay to watch it on Showtime but I still wanted my money back. BF Earth is at least fun to watch because of how stupid the story is and how lame the acting is. I’d rather get my teeth drilled sans pain killer then watch Wing Commander. Marc ---

well i haven’t seen it, nor most of the others mentioned above, but, it’s hard for me to imagine things much worse than the island of dr. moreau. that one is just horrid! as much as i dislike scientology-related anything and as silly as battlefield earth looked in commercials, i think i might just rather watch that over dr. moreau. (and that’s just as scary a thought really) ---

And I wouldn’t have enjoyed Austin Powers II nearly as much as I did if I hadn’t seen _Moreau_ (which it lampooned savagely). I also resent the notion that _Mars Attacks_ was anyting less than one of the Great Movies of our Times. I would be happy to debate this with all who disagree if somebody is kind enough to start a thread on the subject. ---

I like Joe Vs. The Volcano. It was supposed to be stupid, and it was. had a good message too! What would you do before you die and why aren’t you doing it?
