My advice would have been to brag about how good you he was at telling them apart. “My friend’s cousins were twins, and one was dating this guy, and they were so similar even his aunt mixed them up, but he was all ‘I so sensitive, its obvious’ and they got back but good. His girlfriend got him in some bondage and blindfolded him, and the other fucked him, and then took the blindfold off and even then he didn’t know! LOL! I’m glad I know you too well to fall for that kind of stunt!”
But I would have been joking.
