Wow - was this our first MMP spam? Have we been invaded? Or, oh no, did my elephant message trigger it??? I’m sooooooooo sorry!!! ☹ 😃 Up, fed, caffeinating, and pretty well rested - yay! No surprise that I crashed, tho - I was pretty tired. There’s a 50-50 chance of rain today and overnight - I hope we get the rainy 50. When we mowed yesterday, we kicked up a lot of dust - that speaks of a thirsty ground. We’ve been watching season 3 of Scandal on Netflix, trying to decide which is a more warped and terrifying view of DC: Scandal or House of Cards. In either case, it’s a nice break from the multitudes of “reality” crap on cable. Today will be a glazing day again. I may even futz around with some of my house plants. Tuna steak for supper - I was going to make it yesterday, but \*\*FCD \*\*asked for brats instead, so the tuna has been thawing in the fridge. We need a good, healthy meal. Other than that, just another day in retirement paradise. Happy Wednesday! ---

Ok, I said I had to go to the orifice first. Except I have everything I need for a trip to the north forty with me, so there’s no need to do that. Maybe a little deranged **Swampy** but the thought of a spammer sitting at their computer, having to hunt and peck with a fused hand and getting an occasional jolt up their butt makes me giggle. It’s kind of like the cyber version of spraying painting dirty words on the sides of buildings. It’s worthless, it’s useless, it’s destructive and it’s not amusing at all. ---

The HFH are assholes. only back one day and already the toilet is not being flushed - I don’t want to look at his piss pubic hairs are left in the tub - WhoTF can’t rinse the tub out when they get out of the shower? Maybe I should start gathering them up and leave them in a pile where he eats his dinner? the washcloth doesn’t get wrung out before he hangs it up so it drips all over the place and I have to pick up the sopping wet thing he used to wash his skanky ass and move it so it isn’t dripping on me His momma did a piss poor job of raising him and I go out to try to fix breakfast and here the female half comes because now all of a sudden his f’ing royal highness wants his breakfast Damn if I would cook for my husband after he cheated on me, then again I wouldn’t marry a man so stupid as to eat it if I did. 😃 ---

Well, that was aggravating. We got a circular in the mail saying that the dollar store has Coke products on sale at 2/$5 - which is a pretty good deal. Of course, when we got there, they had no diet coke, and hardly any of the other products on sale. \*grrrrrrrr! \* Nobody likes a tease!!! 😛 ---

We’re one step closer to CA. We put an application on a home yesterday night, and within five minutes of doing that, the house disappeared from the management company’s website. Guess that means it’s as good as ours. It’s farther out than I would have preferred, but the only closer (to the train station) homes that seemed to be in tolerable neighborhoods were more expensive and had lousy internet service. I could have gone with a home half an hour further out in an area that’s in the planning for gigabit fiber, but not wanting to spend five hours a day commuting took my inner geek out back for a thorough beating. Now we really need to get going on the packing and the joys of setting up new accounts with the utilities.
