# Beatles Reunion (purely hypothetical)

My point exactly. Julian and Dhani are the easy answer, but I believe that any reunion would be better served with contemporaries of the Beatles.One of our local free weeklies suggested Clapton and Bob Dylan. Interesting, but while I could see Dylan getting away with “You’ve Got to Hide Your Love Away”, I really can’t picture him doing the more “pop” stuff, i.e. “It Won’t be Long” et al.

It wouldn’t be a Beatles reunion. It would be Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and guests.

It’s been done too. There was a memorial concert for George Harrison a few years ago. Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Eric Clapton, Dhani Harrison, and a lot of other great musicians were involed. I saw it a few weeks ago, maybe on PBS or VH1. Not sure.

It was good too.
