Now, THAT is a roast beast! ETA: Not kosher or halal, however. “Splendid Table” took a call a while back from a man who said he did his own version of a turducken; he did a cornish hen, in a chicken, in a duck, in a goose, in a turkey. He deboned all the birds himself, and made stock with the bones. He added that since it was boneless, it took only a couple hours to cook, and his guests had no idea what he was bringing to the table, until he sliced it and explained. 🆒 ---

The wikipedia link says to skin, trim and clean the camel (once you get over the hump) – but that is not a camel, camels have two humps, for accuracy it should call it a stuffed dromedary. ---
