Looky here.  
The good folks on the Dope have taught me something else.

I learned before, that everything isn’t about me. I thought that because I lived inside my head.

When @dropzone saved my life I realized I needed other people and what happens to me affects others.

Now I’ve learned that my drama mongering is kinda ridiculous. I mean if a kid can tell it must be bad.

I’m still afraid of everything. I still can’t talk some days. But at least I can recognize what’s happening to me.

It really does help with my anxiety and panic.

I can’t promise to be perfect. But I am trying.

The wonderful Dopers have helped me tremendously.

I fell outta bed last night…  
That is one rude way to wake up, I tell you what.

It was weird tho’.  
I heard, in my head, a big THUD, then I realized it was my body hitting floor making that sound.  
As the pets are always in my room at night, the THUD sent everyone into a panic mode.  
Cats flew, Bayliss ran outta of the closet. The Chihuahuas we’re screeching. Betsy started the Beagle baying.

I’m the same, except we have a Sleep Number mattress. The edges are a bit softer, and I can’t believe I haven’t fallen out of bed either!

I’ve always slept too close to the edge. I think it was precautionary, in case a kid or pet needed me in the night, so I could jump up quickly.
