Beck will you be going into a Recuperative Care Unit or Rehab after surgery? I transferred to the Recuperative Care Unit, Baptist Health in LR after my last surgery. Very thankful that I did. I developed a post op infection that was caught early & easily treated by IV. I continued with my daily physical therapy. The physical therapists were great. Came home after 12 days. Much stronger and feeling much better about my health. The care I received made a big difference and shortened my post op recovery. ---

Acey- most likely that is where I’ll go after the initial careful days after surgery. I’ll find out the details Wednesday. I’m getting anxious. I’ve felt really good since Thursday. I’m hopeful I’ll have alot more good days when Pancho is evicted. The surgeon says there’s no reason I can’t fully recover and get back to where I was. Crossed fingers. Beck, I’m sure you’ll get the best of care. Maybe get fit enough to dust off those dancing shoes. Or at least chase after your ornery Siamese overlord’s. 😉 That’s the cool thing about post op recovery. There’s a lot of stuff you can resume doing. Good luck next week. Post when you can. ---
