Beck, can you eat nanners? Freeze bananas in slices, use that Fairlife milk, and add a scoop of pure protein powder, either soy protein isolate or whey protein isolate. Buzz that in a Bullet blender, and it’s really good! ~VOW ---

Well, botanically speaking that could mean tomato, cucumber and zucchini. Also, are peppers botanical berries? My sympathies, I’ve had to quaff some truly vile concoctions for medical purposes before, but never as a regular prescribed part of my diet ---

Hey Becks, maybe you can buy some flavor additives for your protein drinks. Are you allowed to make your own drinks? Egg white powder is my go-to protein additive and it can be purchased unflavored.
