The three tacos smuggled in by Lil Wrekker–I sure hope they weren’t those dinky-ass things that Jack in the Box is featuring now! Those things are about the size of a fifty-cent piece (remember those?), yet they have the same number of calories/fat grams/salt that a full-growed taco has. Note to Lil Wrekker: if the doctor sends your mom back to Brunhilda, the Physical Torturer, I mean, Therapist, find out what the daily limit of Sonic Corn Dogs is. Cut those beasties into little pieces, and use them to motivate her through therapy. Tell the doctor you’re doing a research paper on Skinner. ~VOW ---

@Dr.Winston_OBoogie When Beck had her first kidney removed, her PT was only missing the black corset, high heeled boots, and riding crop. She even ADMITTED to Beck her goal was to make her patients cry! Beck’s therapy ended only because of COVID shutting down that part of the hospital. I have survived PT in the past because I give the therapists evil villain names: Cruella, Maleficent, Dracula, Snidely Whiplash… I renamed two kids Boris and Natasha, and they were too young to know who those people were. I had pets named Boris and Natasha. I have nothing but good things to say about my therapists. Yeah, it hurt. yeah, there were a lot of times where they made me do things I didn’t want to do. But, if it was REAL PAIN, they stopped in an instant. ---

I had my first visit with the rehab folks today. They seemed nice enough. I’ll either move over there Monday or go home and do rehab outpatient. The rehab doesn’t usually transport to dialysis centers. So I’m in the middle of waiting on them to decide what to do unless I throw a wrench in works and make my own plan. Not only am I sick, bed bound, pissed off and live so far out that driving to a rehab and dialysis center that are in completely different towns/directions as to not be workable, I gotta figure this out myself. Let’s not discuss the healthcare problems in the USA. I’ll be happy to be anywhere but here. So there’s that. We’ll see how it goes. ---

Rejoice, one and all! Our beloved Beck is BACK! She’s already bitching about the bad bad bad: patient care, rehab, dialysis, the rocks in her bed, the crappy food, and the major lack of her four-legged family members. Okay, I added a few with my own imagination. But I am entirely positive that she could use some doggy lovin’s from Bayliss. I bet she even misses the daily complaint serenade from those Meezers! Suggestion: move to Rehab, and draft a roster of “volunteers” to take you to Dialysis. Work your cute butt off in Rehab, and SLEEP through Dialysis. But always keep a rolled-up puzzle book at hand to swat off rude nurses. Welcome back, Beck, Dearest. Dopersville has missed you tremendously! ~VOW ---
