Opps, forgot to add… Not to say that they haven’t also used other music in their advertising. Just that Hoe Down has been in heavy rotation consistantly for quite a long time. ---

Furthermore, remember that Sylvester Stallone movie **Copland**? That was loosely based on the life of Aaron Copland, specifically the years when he and Clara Peller formed the The Cattlemen’s Beef Board. ---

Fact… every time we sit Aaron (🙂 ) down to eat beef we play that song for him. We even call it the “Beef Song”. ---
