# Beef Ribs -- HELP!

Everybody that owns one seems to think so.  
I can cook at 200 for a day, or if I want primo steaks crank it up to over 1000 degrees. Due to the insulating qualities of the ceramic, it uses very little charcoal. Very forgiving.
