# Beer Can Chicken

I’ve had it. We called it beer-butt chicken. Cooked on a BBQ grill. It’s very good, nice and moist.

I had beer-butt chicken just this past Friday. It was phenomenal. The party theme was “Goofy Hat Night” and I wore my Keilloresque red wooly hat with the earflaps. It works well in Minnesota, but in South Texas in May, it’s VERY goofy. I kinda looked like a lumberjack 🙂

Another Beer-Butt cooker here. We do it on the BBQ also.

Very tasty, and the juiciest chicken I’ve ever had!

I posted the Beer Butt Bird recipe…but the SD is so damn slow (even for this time of night) I can’t find it…

I am pretty sure I posted it in Zenster’s Ultimate Recipe thread so if you wanna make it, check it out. If not, look for it on my site (look on the www link below.)

BTW, I tried to load that link and for a slow connection like mine it was still loading after 10 minutes, I decided I would go on to other things. ☹
