And another break. I’ve cleaned and reorganized 6 wall cabinets. That is, I didn’t reorganize all of them - just a few shelves that needed to be more accessible. Four more wall cabinets to go. The worst will be the last - the spice cabinet! _\_ ---

Yeowch, Just back at the hotel from radio, tv and a Guitar Center run. Leave for load in, sound check, Matt teaching a Master Guitar Class and show in an hour. The last 4 wall cabinets are clean. The one over the fridge is empty - it’s a pretty worthless cabinet. The other 2 are refilled, minus a bunch of glasses and coffee cups that I’m getting rid of. I’m taking a break waiting for my little spice rack to dry before I reassemble the spice cabinet. So far, I’ve tossed some iffy-looking honey and an almost empty bottle of garlic powder. I’ll deal with the rest as I put it all away. Oh, and I found a package of cupcake papers that I didn’t know I had! Woohoo!! 😃 And, no, I will not be alphabetizing the spices. ---

Our scant supply of booze is over the stove. There’s some triple sec, some tequila, some vanilla vodka, a little bit of spiced rum, some regular rum, some iffy wine, 2 bottles of Kahlua (one more than half empty) and a bottle of generic amaretto. The only ones that have been opened in the last 2 years are the kahlua and amaretto. Mine! 😃 And I’m done with all the wall cabinets. I tossed a lot of weird stuff from the spice cabinet, but I can’t believe I don’t have ground cloves! Guess I haven’t needed any. \*\*FCD \*\*is napping after spending most of the day in his spray booth. Supper will be pulled poke sammiches and perhaps some vegetable matter. ---

Howdy from da cave. Irk lived up to its name today but it’s over so there’s that. Sketties, sallit and garlic bread for dindin cause it’s quick and easy and I’m all for quick and easy dindin wise tonight. **MOOOOOOM** my first house had thirty-five kitchen cabinets. Most of those were useless. Then again, I was one person. What did I need with thirty-five cabinets. I used, AIR, a grand total of six of 'em. The preceedin’ was a magical moment in swampbear history that I chose to share just cause. ---

THIRTY FIVE??? We’ve got 18, so if you do that math, that means I have 8 base cabinets to deal with tomorrow. rah. It’s cold today and the last bag of pellets has been dumped in the stove. We won’t be buying any more this year. That means next week, I can clean the stove. Woo and hoo!!! ---

Dindin is et. 'Twas good. OYKW had to leave though cause he’s got paperirk to deal with again, poor thing. My back yahd looks awful. It is in need of mowage. That might be the plan for tomorrow evenin’ bein’ as Sattidy is taken up with cookage for the big St. Pat’s partay. Speakin’ of which, I no longer need to pick up the keg. A couple of our younger male members of the church have volunteered to go pick it up and get it into the fridge tomorrow afternoon. I’m all for lettin’ young muscle do the work, so yay! I shall man the grill Sattidy as we are goin’ to grill the chikin cause it tastes better grilled. Plus we have a big convection oven to keep stuff warm. **BBBobbio** there was a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig closet in the hallway of that house. That’s where the tp lived. The master bath had a vanity and a mirror that ran the length of one wall. I could watch myself in the mirror while I was on the terlet. It also had three bedrooms each with a walk-in closet. I had to go out the back door to the laundry room. There was a covered parkin’ area right there. The laundry room was to the left of it. The laundry room was an add on to the house. Very strange was that house. The front porch was huge and screened in and the livin’ room had a picture window with smaller windows on each side of it that opened. Strange place indeed. ---

I’ve got a peach cobbler in the oven - a so-called quick-and-easy recipe that I decided to try, just because. We’ll see how good it is. It was pretty easy, so there’s that. swampy - before we re-did the hall bathroom in this house, it had shower doors, and one was a mirror. If you closed it the right way, you could watch yourself poop if you wanted to. I’m glad it’s been replaced with a nice, ordinary shower curtain. ---
