Back in the day girls would throw their underwear at their heroes on stage. Now it’s smartphones? Times have moved on, I guess.

The only difference between Judy Garland and the other members of “Club 27” is that she lived about 20 years longer. In the early 1990s, when Guns N’Roses were at the height of their fame, I read a bio of Garland and kept thinking that she was the female Axl Rose.

I would suggest a move for this to Cafe Society, but that’s for art, entertainment and culture, and I’m not sure Bieber counts as either of those.
