The most recent one of note was me smacking my forehead on a parking meter when I bent down to pick up my change. Pre-puberty, I had that great self awareness that made it possible to climb trees and run around crazily and jump off things and never get hurt. I never got that back after I’d grown; the part of my brain that defines my boundaries is apparently still thinking its body is four feet tall. My last job was particularly horrible. The workforce was primarily vietnamese, so the average height was below mine. Everything was optomised for short people, so ever day I’d either go home with my back killing me or a lump on my head from bashing into something.
