With 36 ladies dancing and only 30 lords a leapin, there should be a few left over. IIUC boxing day is when people take down all of their Christmas decorations and put them away in boxes. The coat and hat went on him in early November. He probably will be put away a few weeks from now. ---

I’ve never heard that, and it seems unlikely since the name dates from centuries before Christmas decorations were common. Although it’s not known for certain, it seems to have something to do with the custom of giving boxes of gifts or gratuities to trades people on December 26th. ---

My own skeleton is 6’4" standing on two feet, so it could count as 8. Too complicated? Another reason to stick to metric. Make it 1,92 on two size 45 shoes and you are good. I am not giving my skeleton away just yet anyway. ---

US shoe sizes are more similar to UK sizes than to continental sizes, but are not exactly the same. Many shoes that I’ve bought have several different size standards listed. My current shoes have a label that says US 10 UK 9.5 EU 44 JPN 28 ---
