Ok, so back on topic. I think being the last poster on a previously active thread is the equivalent of being at a party and approaching a group of people already engaged in conversation. You walk up to them, because maybe you’ve had too much to drink, but you know for a fact you can offer some insightful input. You dispense said input, everyone kind of stares at each other, then one by one they branch off - “I should call my wife, it’s been 15 minutes.” Then the other guy, “Hmm, I wonder what the scores are to the team I follow,” and the girl is like, “Let me go check in on my friend in the kitchen.” And suddenly you’re there by yourself. All alone again. You start to question why you’re at the party. You start to question why you even try any more. You start to question your very existence. ---
