# Belated gloating - LOTR nerds - I get to see Peter Jackson's personal DVD of bloopers

The title says it all really. Last Saturday night Peter Jackson flew in from making _King Kong_ to talk to an audience of 2000 nerds about making LOTR. For the first time ever he showed his bloopers that he recorded to DVD while editing the films. He apologised for the quality but explained that he no longer has access to the footage because it is all stored by the studio now.
