The Ben and Jerry’s store in the Delmar Loop in University City (a suburb of St. Louis) is offering a special milkshake (I rather suspect it isn’t a company wide promotion). It’s the “Brokeback Milkshake: in loving memory of Heath Ledger”. They also included the recipe: **Milk** (Duh.) **Vanilla Heath Crunch** (Get it?) **Chocolate fudge brownie ice cream** (Wait, they didn’t really go there, did they?) **(Add a banana for fun)** (Yes. Yes they did.) Cowboy up! ---

Yeah, the fudge brownie may have been a little much but it sounds delicious and I think the parties involved with the movie would have had enough of a sense of humor to find it amusing. ---

I assumed that the choice of Delmar was a reference to the name of Heath Ledger’s character, Ennis Del Mar, in _Brokeback Mountain_. ---

Huh. I walked by there a week ago and had an ice cream craving, but let it pass because it was cold outside and we were on our way to the Tivoli for a movie then Delmar Lounge to drink. And had just eaten a lot at Cicero’s. What is a Heath bar anyway? Heard of them, never seen/eaten one. ---
