I also find the creepiness more of a feature than a bug. It got my vote over some really tough competition (MJ, Eurythmics. Bowie, Eileen…).

The Police for me - in a year of total garbage. Dexys is the only other bearable song on the list.

Whoops - too quick on the button! Edited to add a thumbs up for Eurythmics too. Actually that should have got my vote.

I wavered between _Beat It_ and _Bille Jean_, but in the end had to go with _Flashdance(What aA Feeling)_. Because the closing dance number in the movie took me by the throat and would not let me go.

What a feeling.
