I’m gonna have to go with Judd Nelson in Breakfast club, he fit the sterotype perfectly at the time, and on a side note am I the only person who thought magnolia sucked? - completely - worst movie of the decade and yes I saw Baby Geniuses

Hey, lots of folks hated Magnolia, but worst movie of the decade? Fuhgeddabouddit. Sure, it was overlong and pretentious as hell, but at least it was shooting for big ideas, and I can’t hate it for that.

Even if the movie as a whole went over the top, I think most people would agree that just about every performance in the film was outstanding, right down to Henry Gibson’s(!) little bit as the gay sugar daddy in the bar.

Whatever else one might say about P.T. Anderson, se gets some amazing performances out of his casts.
