# Best airfare deal you've ever had (excluding using points from loyalty programs)

Strictly speaking this isn’t loyalty points, but SFO to Hong Kong round trip in Business Class for $600. My daughter worked for the airline. Aside from that, when I was in college I frequently took the Eastern Shuttle from Boston to La Guardia, student discount, for under $10. (1970, but cheap even then.) And you often got a bagel.
