I thought _Visa_ was great and one of the E\*trade ads also very good. The one for _7-UP_ with the pictures of human buttocks for 7-up cans was a waste of the 2 million bucks. ---

I thought the “Cat Herder” commercial was great!! I also liked the WWF commercial, but no one will like that one because it was for the WWF, and people won’t look past that, because us wrestling fans are “low Class”. * * * Stupid people surround themselves with smart people. The one where Christopher Reeve gets up and walks was awful. Apparently whatever miracle drug gave Chris the use of his legs also made his head considerably bigger. * * * “My hovercraft is full of eels.” ---

Wozman: The one with the chimp was the one where they said, “We just wasted 2 million bucks.” It was supposed to be a stupid commercial, and that’s why it was one of the best. Aw, come on. The Chistopher Reeve ad was incredible. At least, IMO. Adam * * * “Life is hard…but God is good” ---

The chimp one was great. The cat herding one was pretty funny. I didn’t really like the one that was all yellow. I **HATED** the one with the guy ‘fighting time’ it annoyed me. Padding the post count, baby, padding the post count. * * * I sold my soul to Satan for a dollar. I got it in the mail. ---

Cat herder was my favorite and the [pets.com](http://pets.com) one is second… I have to admit, I was watching more for the commercials than for the game as I am a die-hard Broncos fan. \< sigh \> ---

I didn’t quite get the concept of Christopher Reeve walking. It’s an investment firm. How does how well they manage investments have to do with future medical miracles? Is their success as far in the future, or as speculative, as fixing a spinal cord injury? Loved the car herders, though. - Rick ---

The cat herder was great. The Christopher Reeve commercial was disturbing at best. Reeve is a known booster of potential cures for spinal cord injuries but I thought it was pretty lame of him to shill for some brokerage or whatever. ---

I liked the E Trade commercial, and the Oldsmobile(?) with the Gap Kids almost getting run over. But that’s mainly because I’d like to feed those kids into a wheat thresher. * * * You say “cheesy” like that’s a **BAD** thing. ---

Best one was the Bud spot in the first quarter where it looked like a spot for dog food . . . “Fred is my best friend, he works hard and plays even harder, thats why I give him only the best” pull back and its the dog talking, “Budweiser.” Worst was the stupid black and white one for another blasted investment firm where all the people say lines from Robert Frost’ “Road Less Travelled” - and then for some strange reason the little girl levitates/flys at the end . . . I don’ get it. I actually rather liked a couple of the 7UP spots. * * * “Solos Dios basta” . . . but a little pizza won’t hurt. ---

I liked the [WWF.com](http://WWF.com) ad with the beauty pageant contestants beating the shit out of each other. I didn’t like the Ali ad, either. It just made me sad. Christopher Reeve walking was bound to get people confused. We had the sound down, so we don’t know what the ad said, but my niece looked up and said, “Wow! Christopher Reeve can walk?!” Maybe it would have made more sense had it been for a computer imaging company? “We can make a man walk.” I dunno. It made me sad, too.
