# Best and Worst T.V. Show Theme Songs Ever

I decided last night after I logged off that I really hate the themes from All In The Family. And now I can’t get the damn thing out of my head!

The worst theme music ever - and worst soundtrack, and possibly the worst score ever recorded - was from the short-lived **Babylon 5** spinoff **Crusade**. _Incredibly_ awful.

I grew up a huge _Star Trek: TNG_ fan, but I never really thought the theme music was all that spectacular. Catchy, yes. Spectacular, no.

It’s no contest. Best theme song ever is the theme for **The Texas Wheelers**. They used John Prine’s “Illegal Smile.” The number of bonus points for choosing a song that glorifies marjuana use on a prime time network show (not to mention using a song by Prine) is infinite.
