You know, the kind of name that has you thinking, “Who cares what the music sounds like - love the name!” Here are a few that immediately come to mind. Apples in Stereo Voodoo Gearshift Betty’s Not A Vitamin Gaye Bykers on Acid (and their counterparts, Lesbian Dopeheads on Mopeds) I’m sure we can come up with some others. 🆒 ---

Two of my favorites: Ancient Chinese Penis The Hugh Beaumont Experience The Butthole Surfers went through a lot of names before they settled on that one, and if the interviews are to be believed, San Antonio was a hotbed of good band names [QUOTE=King Coffee] We came from the entire kung foo scene in San Antonio with bands like The Ashtray Baby Heads and The Vodka Family Winston’s.
