While you are in DC, you might check out [http://www.yelp.com/biz/meridian-pint-washington](http://www.yelp.com/biz/meridian-pint-washington) it has a great beer selection and is in a quiet corner of Columbia Heights (Metro is a few blocks away).

Another fan of this. I don’t know if it’s #1 but it’s definitely on my list of top “buy anywhere” beers.
