I am looking for a good beginner YouTube video, no more than 10-15 minutes long. I see many choices available, and I will browse them, but if anyone has a favorite I’d like to hear about it.

These old bones need some stretchy movements.

Thanks!

The most well known online yoga series is Yoga with Adrienne. She has videos for every possible standard and type of yoga, so that’s probably a good place to start.

Timely thread - I was having the same thoughts and the number of videos is kinda overwhelming. So now I have a place to start!!

Weirdly, I posted my OP, went and spent 10 minutes with Adrienne, then came back here.

It was ok, but not stretchy enough for me. I know she has several and I will keep looking.

Priscilla Patrick had a PBS yoga program but that was back some years ago. I used to tape her shows, I really liked her vibe and her approach to health. She explained very well how the postures were benefiting you and your internal organs.

The YT channel The Yoga Portal does have some of Patrick’s videos along with others. I’m not familiar with Adrienne I’ll check that out.

I have done a handful of Adrienne’s video from her 30 days of yoga series. I really love her attitude and voice.
