I’ll do it if I want something that’s online and not in stores (free “ship to store”) but my experience is like the others in this thread - it’s not worth it if you can just go pull stuff off the shelf yourself. The biggest problem with any system like this (I’ve done it at Wal Mart too, and Lane Bryant) is what **Foxy40** pointed out - you have to wait in line behind all of the customer service customers and that can take a long time. ---

im bit confused. So if the purchase price for best buy online is $176 and its higher at the store, i still will get the item at the price i bought online right? ---
