Just because I was thinking of CD (or Album for the older crowd) titles, I decided to start a thread for the best ones. Not really caring about the quality of the music, just CDs where you go “What a cool name for a CD”. FYI, [RollingStone.com](http://RollingStone.com) has what they consider to be the best 50 album titles. It is annoying because they do not provide a list (or at least I couldn’t find it) but rather you have to go page by page for each one. More thoughts: I think the award for the most guts needs to go to: **Negativeland** - U2 The name of the band was printed very small, and the album title very large. Needless to say, they got their asses sued off, and a very long legal battle ensued, which is told in their book “Fair Use: The Story of the Letter U and the Numeral 2”. I foolishly picked this album up in 91 and didn’t buy it, thinking it was by the actual band U2; when I realized my mistake, the record had been pulled from the shelves. I can’t think of another band that brought so much crap on themselves over an album title, so, in my book, they get the gold star. A good summation of the event can be found here ---
