Isn’t certification a really important thing? I mean, there have been a few scandals over the years, it seems pretty important; my Jewish friends around me have talked about it off and on, and none of them even keep kosher on a daily basis. Is it just they’re looking to avoid controversy entirely?
GilaB, is it otherwise a pretty good place? Do you post more stuff there (outside of the kosher sub-board) than here?
