Oooh! Good topic. I am very fond of [Great Big Sea](http://www.greatbigsea.com/)’s _The Night Pat Murphy Died_. I hate the musical [Brigadoon](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brigadoon), but the song _My Mother’s Wedding Day_ is great fun. Heather Alexander’s _Branigan’s Special Ale_ is also grand fun. I know I have more of this sort of song, but I’m not home at the moment and I can’t seem to bring them to mind, now. ---
