# Best free community/message board to run RPGs

For about three months or so I was running a message-board based RPG using a free message board service. Last week, my board went down taking about six hundred posts and a dozen or so files with it.
So I’m asking. What is your best recommendation for a free message board/club/community service?
I appreciate any help you can give me, and I am sure that other dopers would feel the same. Many have message boards of their own.

I’m involved in RP mailing lists on yahoogroups. I’m not the one running them, so I have no idea if it’s better or worse than using a message board.
