I’ll move it (IMHO --\> Cafe Society) while I think about my answer. Too bad the title of the Motown classic is actually “My Girl.” (“I’ve got sunshine on a cloudy day…”) ---

All great songs, but I have a very soft spot for [Donovan’s song](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTuPbJLqFKI). My many accounts, Donavan was a real dick, but damn, I loved his music (not to mention the fact that he collaborated with Alice Cooper, of all people, on one of [the coolest songs ever](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEaU8xYzEGQ)). Here’s an obscure one. It’s a really great song, that sounds fun and summery, could-have-been-a-hit-type song, but the lyrics are indeed very creepy. It’s about stalking someone.
