An American friend of mine is married to a Czech woman. I do his computer support here in the US, but they also have a small apartment in Prague (near embassy row). They’ve asked my opinion on what ISP they should choose. He’s a photographer, so I’m sure he’d be unhappy with GTS Novera’s DSL speeds. O2 seems to offer exactly the same DSL service. UPC offers a cable modem service with much better upload speeds available.
What I’m looking for is personal experience with these and other Czech ISPs. Thanks!
