For me: Male - Sting and Simon LeBon. The former in his younger years (his non-singing accent did it for me though). LeBon has always looked good as far as I’m concerned Female - Gwen Stefani. ---

I find it hard to really recognise attractiveness in men. My choices would be too boringly model-like, I suspect.
