How about in _Casino Royale_: Everybody dies, thus making all other Bond flicks unrealistic and therefore, unnecessary. ---

He got lured out to his sisters apartment and on the way back a car stalled in a tollbooth in front of him. Then a half dozen people opened fire on him with guns and turned his car into something that looked like an old fashion cheese grater. This scene was largely reprised in a Simpson episode recently.
