Not real life, but J.K. Simmons as J.J. Jameson (image taken from “The religion of J. Jonah Jameson”)
/I think it’s a good idea to link to the page an image is on, and not the image itself, as the latter is similar to hotlinking.

Colm Meany was note and image perfect in his recent portrayal of Leeds/England manager Don Revie in The Damned United
I remember back when Wizard first did its casting call on the X-Men movie (when it was nothing more than wishful thinking) that they cast Glen Danzig as Wolverine. Everyone thought it was the greatest fit. I doubt he can act as well as Jackman, though. He was pretty awesome in that episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, though.
I had no idea that Neighbors was based on a novel, much less one by the author of Little Big Man. Great book, great movies.
Thomas Berger also wrote Arthur Rex, a great retelling of Arthurian legend, which I highly recommend. I always thought it would make a great movie (although Excalibur is pretty damned good, and covers a lot of the same ground).
Also, David Suchet as Hercules Poirot, and Joan Hickson as Miss Marple. (Presuming the OP does not mean only males?)
