Wow…ok, I assumed from the start the guy was English. I don’t know WHY, either; cars are clearly on the right side of the road, as opposed to left side. I’m guessing someone in an office across the street found it hilarious so just filmed him occasionally. Guy looks sort of like Michael Anthony Hall circa Farmer Ted. And some of his moves were more Vanilla Ice than MJ. Still, agree that we need more people out there just enjoying the moment. Do wish he’d pick up his butts, though. ---
