My favorites by default for snowed-in, or even reading the Sunday paper - a loud, garish Technicolor musical. DuBarry Was a Lady, Cover Girl, Singing In The Rain. Or a spectacle like Quo Vadis, The Ten Commandments, or Ben Hur. Just let the Hollywood silliness of last century flow over you and enjoy, sneer, or both.
