I tend to only put money into stability when it’s below 0. Once we get back to 0 stability the money going in there is from my monarch and/or improvements.
The best RTS game that I have ever played was on the old Sega CD-x (or something to that effect). I believe the game was called ‘The Third World War’. Mind you this was about 10 years ago, and I barely spoke english. But if memory serves me right, it was the best overall ‘god-type-game’ where you tried to take over the world controlling a certain country in its economic, military, and any other aspect you could think of. You could win the game by either capturing a certain % of all the world, or owning a % of all economy.
It was just a faaaaantastic game. I wish I could play it again…*sigh
