I always enjoyed the sung version of the Buck Rogers theme, although I agree, a more impressive singer would have made more of it. And it’s a bit sappy, but heck, I like it, to the point that years ago I bought it as a digital single.
But I made it the official theme song for my characters in the Outer Worlds game. Because it could not be more perfect for something released over 30 years earlier for an entirely different franchise.
