From warcraft 3, the gryphon rider says “This warhammer cost 40K!” which is a reference to the tabletop game Warhammer 40K and Warhammer Fantasy, both of which have ripped from \*arcraft and been ripped from by \*arcraft. Most visible is the Steam Tank in W3. ---

Just about anything out of Minsc’s mouth is priceless: “Squeaky wheel gets the kick!” “Boo says, ‘Whaaaat?!?’” “Rangers and hamsters everywhere, rejoice!” “Boo is outraged! See his fury. It’s small, so look close. Trust me, it’s there.” I’m suddenly in the mood to pop BG2 into the comp hehe I second Morte’s quotes from Planescape Torment, as well as Boos in Return to Zork (“Want some rye? 'course ya do!”). Nothing like having an old guy pass out from too much rye in order to advance the game. ---

This thread made me repeatedly click on all the units in Warcraft III. I think my favorite was the Dryad (in valley girl voice)- “I’ll attract the enemy with my human call: ‘I’m so wasted! I’m so wasted!’” Though there’s a lot of other stuff that others say. Another favorite is the gyrocopter “I’d rather be flying… oh, wait.” Sam 'n Max is great, I’ll have to get it running again. ---
